Mr. Damon is a recording artist, producer, and songwriter. He is the former drummer from the seventies party band, “Horn, Wood, & Silver” having performed in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area in the U.S. Flip Damon is the co-founder of the prolific songwriting team, “Damon & Matthews”, and records on the Isle Royale label.
His music is played all over the world, and his song, “Island Sun”, released in 2016 charted in Europe at the number 13 slot on Top Indecouvertes for three weeks.
Damon’s musical influences include artists like, The Beach Boys, Chris Rea, Michael Franks, and America. His discography includes 4 albums, with Damon & Matthews and solo works as well. He works tirelessly at his craft and is planning several new releases in the near future. His music career started at an early age, having appeared in concert at his grade school, and later as a member of the band, in the seventies. His current release, “Summer Sky” contains 10 recently recorded and written selections.
