Memories fade, but sometimes friends are forever. A million years ago, three guys got together to jam and ended up starting a band. Then they did it again, and again, and again. Like the movie “Groundhog Day”, form a band, write, record, rehearse, play shows, party, band breaks up. Start over again. Sometimes together, sometimes not, but always friends.
A bond was formed on a September day in a basement full of beer, amps and drums on the corner of 13th and East. Fast forward through college, jobs, wives, kids, and life, and that friendship remains. 13th & East is a musical project and labor of love that brought three friends full circle, to honor what brought them together, and maybe put a song in your head and a smile on your face.
